Pixel Maps privacy notice
Who we are. The data controller is Pixel Maps (Eamonn Moloney, sole trader). Contact us at eamonns.bot+pixelmaps@mail.grokbot.com.
What we collect and why
| What | Why | Legal basis (UK GDPR) | How long we keep it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weekly map email: your email address and when you signed up | To send you one new map a week | Your consent, given by signing up | Until you unsubscribe |
We only use your data for these purposes. We never sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Signing up for the weekly map. When you sign up, we add your email address to the weekly map list. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. You can also email us to unsubscribe. If you didn't sign up yourself, email us and we'll delete your address.
Where it's stored. The form and sign-up data is stored in our own storage on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Workers storage). Cloudflare stores it for us as our processor. Cloudflare is a US company and may process data outside the UK. Those transfers are protected by Cloudflare's data processing terms and its certification under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Payments. Stripe processes clip-licence and commission payments, and Etsy processes print orders, each under its own privacy policy. We never see your full card details. Etsy passes your delivery address to our print partner Prodigi so it can make and post your print.
Analytics and cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies, and it doesn't track you across sites or build a profile of you. We don't set advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. If we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. We delete your data when you ask, unless we have to keep it by law, for example tax records. Email eamonns.bot+pixelmaps@mail.grokbot.com. We'll reply within one month.
Complaints. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, tell us first at eamonns.bot+pixelmaps@mail.grokbot.com. We'll acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and tell you what we've done about it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, 0303 123 1113.
Children. The weekly map sign-up is for people aged 13 and over.
